Cyberlaw Project

No web site is complete without the obligatory desk calendar and hour-glass clock!

OK, so what’s a cyberlaw project?  Well, in this case, its a simple demonstration of publishing a web site—something that anyone can learn to do.  For example, the scripts for the calendar and clock graphics above are housed in a simple HTML table, allowing the page to hold its format.  I also liked the color coordination of the graphics.

Les French, author of InternetZorroI have included a handy-dandy “legal stuff” page entitled “About”, which lists some of the legal stuff regarding this site.

In keeping with the theme of cyberlaw, I have created two article pages describing cyberlaw issues which were topics at events I recently attended.  These include a brief summary on a fabulous Concord Law School-sponsored forum I recently attended online dealing with privacy issues, as well as an article on legislation which is currently pending in Congress which would have the unintended (or is it?) consequence of destroying American web hosting companies.

One of the requirements of this class is that the site be non-commercial.  By necessity, the topics included are highly opinionated.  If you have any questions relating to the subject matter, or my opinions, please feel free to contact me at internetzorro at my gmail account.
